Your request will be processed within 5 – 7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) from the date we receive your Return Order. You will be notified via the email you provided when making the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the bank to process the refund to your account after receiving information from us (typically about 3 – 5 business days).

We can only refund the value of the order at the time of purchase. If the bank account you used for payment is no longer valid, we will refund to your MoMo wallet or another bank account in your name provided via email in the purchase information, and it will take about 4 – 6 business days. Please note that shipping fees for the original purchase will not be refunded.
