How much does shipping cost?

We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping costs will be clearly disclosed and estimated delivery times provided during the shipping process once the order has been placed and paid for.

Free shipping for domestic orders over 3,000,000 VND and international orders over 4,200,000 VND.

How long does shipping take?

Our shipping times are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Vietnamese holidays. Orders will be shipped within 4 – 8 business days after placing your order. Please note that this schedule does not apply to products that are being restocked, newly launched products, and special promotional events. Please check your order confirmation email for specific shipping information.
